Saving time and making admin life easier for you is a priority for us, that’s why in March we introduced and developed a number of new features to make reporting easier.

Do you really need another custom property list?

Why reinvent the wheel, if you don’t have to? You no longer need to create custom property data lists individually, instead you can just set it to ‘share’, allowing other entities to use that same custom data list. Essentially, you now have a convenient way to generate global data lists, saving you time from creating identical custom lists, multiple times!  

Reporting exactly what you need

We understand how important custom properties are for your reporting, so we’ve developed the functionality even further so you can now see them vertically. The sub-projects have also had a little refresher to aid efficiency and add more logic, they can easily be exported in date order too.

Have you heard about the new viewing options on the Project Kanban View? It’s easier than ever to find exactly what you’re looking for without sifting through tons of projects! View your projects by category and status, and you can even change the filters to adjust the grouping and columns displayed to help you find the insights you’re looking for.  

Ready-made dashboards and ready for use!

With so many areas of a project to create a dashboard for, we’re well aware of just how overwhelming it can all feel. We’ve now got a ‘Most Used’ category for dashboards, helping you to explore more dashboards more easily, to find the right one to suit your needs, without the hassle of putting it all together yourself!  

You’re in control of task movement

As tasks move through the stages to completion, assignees usually have control of moving their own tasks over to the next stage. But sometimes, too many cooks stirring the pot isn’t the best thing, that’s why we’ve introduced the feature to allow assignees only to interact with tasks, but not control the movement of them. As with everything we do – this is a feature you are in complete control of and can turn on/off as you need.
