Sensitive data processed through AI workflows is encrypted both in transit and at rest, aligned with our DE.SC-5 Data Backup Retention & Disposal Policy and DE.SC-6 Data Protection Policy. We also implement robust access controls and monitoring to ensure only authorized users can interact with AI-driven services.

Our AI features are designed to operate within a controlled and secure environment, respecting data ownership and user consent at all times. All personal and organizational data processed via AI is handled in accordance with our privacy commitments and applicable data protection legislation.
